Our 463L Cargo Pallets are manufactured through a precise and streamlined process to ensure durability and quality, using advanced materials and techniques. 1. Aluminium ingots (AL7075) are hot & cold rolled into sheets. 2. Sheets are stretched, Laser cut to accurate dimensions, and drilled on VMC. 3. Honeycomb cores are manufactured, stretched, and cut to accurate dimensions. 4. Sheets are prepared for gluing, glued bonded with 52mm Honeycomb. 5. The panel is heated and pressed, to form a sandwich. 6. Al-7021 alloy edge extrusions are integrated on the panel during final assembly. 7. Each pallet undergoes rigorous testing, certification, and quality assurance (QA) checks during each manufacturing process and before delivery. 8. This process guarantees high performance, durability, and compliance with the 463L standard, making our pallets ideal for military air transport.
